Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by AW Hunter ("we," "us," or "our"), a pest control service operating in Tyne & Wear and Northumberland. By engaging our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

AW Hunter offers humane, poison-free pest control services for both domestic and agricultural clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Domestic Services: Removal and control of pests such as grey squirrels, rabbits, and rodents. We do not offer services for insects.

  • Agricultural Services: Pest control for farms, estates, fisheries, and small holdings, including trapping and shooting of grey squirrels, rats, and birds.

Services are provided within a 18-mile radius of our base in Newcastle. Additional travel beyond this radius is charged at £2 per mile.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Services can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and credit/debit cards.

  • Pricing: Our pricing is transparent and fixed. For detailed pricing information, please refer to our Prices page.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the pest issue.

  • Ensuring access to the property or area where services are to be performed.

  • Following any pre-service instructions provided by AW Hunter.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges or the inability to perform the service.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations and refunds. Please refer to that policy for detailed information.

5. Liability

AW Hunter is committed to providing safe and effective pest control services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

  • Damage to property not directly related to the pest control services provided.

  • Any issues arising from the client's failure to follow our instructions or recommendations.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

7. Amendments

AW Hunter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
